Debbie was born in Orlando, Florida and graduated from the University of Florida. She moved to North Carolina in 2018 and is a member of the Jonesboro-Sanford Rotary Club. Debbie has been in Rotary for 24 years and has perfect attendance since the day she joined in 1995. Debbie received Rookie Rotarian of the Year award in 1995 from her 285 member Gainesville Rotary Club. She held numerous positions in this club and became President in 2000-01. Debbie became Assistant Governor in District 6970 from 2001–03 and had the honor to charter two new clubs. She also was District Treasurer in 2003-05. She moved to Michigan in 2005 and became Assistant Governor in District 6330 from 2006-08. Debbie then moved back to Florida and became the District 6950 Foundation Annual Giving Chair from 2013-14 and Foundation Area Rep from 2015-17. The Trustees of The Rotary Foundation in 2016 bestowed upon Debbie the Citation For Meritorious Service in recognition of her outstanding service to The Rotary Foundation. Debbie will be a District 7690 Area Foundation Advocate in 2019-20 and recently had the honor of becoming a faculty member of the Zone 33 Rotary Leadership Institute. Debbie is a Multiple Paul Harris Fellow, Bequest Society member and Benefactor. Since 1983 Debbie has held an active Florida Real Estate License and was a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. She was voted BEST of BEST Winner for Real Estate agent from 2013-17. She has a daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandsons here in North Carolina.
